This Privacy Notice applies when you:
- visit https://www.blazegen.ai or any site of ours that links to this notice;
- create an account or use BlazeGen's tools for avatars, voices, videos, images, scripts, templates, or related content; or

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Information you provide directly
We collect personal information you provide to us, which may include:
- Account information. Name, email address, password, and account preferences.
- Social login information. If you sign in with Google, we may receive information such as your name, email address, and profile image from Google.
- Payment and billing information. Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") processes payment details on our behalf. When you make a purchase, you provide payment information (such as card number, expiration date, security code, and billing address) directly to Stripe. BlazeGen does not receive or store full payment card details; we receive only the transaction, subscription, billing, and payment-status information needed to manage purchases and subscriptions (for example, the last four digits of the card, card brand, billing country, and the amount and status of the charge). Stripe's privacy notice is available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
- User content. Photos, images, audio, voice samples, scripts, prompts, video, text, files, workspace content, project settings, and other content you upload, connect, or create through the Services.
- Generated content. Videos, images, audio, voices, scripts, templates, and other outputs generated through the Services.
- Communications. Information you include in support requests, emails, feedback, and other communications with us.
- Sharing information. If you choose to create a public template link or use another sharing feature we offer, we collect the sharing settings and content needed to make that feature work.
Information we receive from third parties
We may receive personal information from third parties, including:
- Authentication providers. For example, Google when you use Google sign-in.
- Payment providers. For example, Stripe when you complete a purchase, subscription, renewal, cancellation, billing update, or chargeback, and Stripe's fraud-prevention service (Stripe Radar) when it evaluates transaction risk.
- Service providers and partners. Information needed for fraud prevention, abuse detection, support, infrastructure operations, or legal compliance.
Information collected automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:
- Device and browser information. Device type, operating system, browser type, language, and similar technical information.
- Log and usage data. IP address, timestamps, pages or features used, referring URLs, and similar activity data.
- Error and performance data. Crash logs, diagnostics, and performance measurements from our monitoring and error-reporting tools.
- Cookie and similar technology data. Information collected through cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar tools as described in Section 5.
Sensitive or biometric-like data
Some BlazeGen features require processing facial images, voice recordings, and related characteristics from content you provide in order to create avatars, clone or synthesize voices, lip-sync media, or generate related outputs. Depending on where you live, this information may be considered biometric information, sensitive personal information, or another protected category of data.
Google API Services
Our use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We do not currently use customer Input or Output to train BlazeGen models. If we decide to use customer content for model training in the future, we will update this Privacy Notice and provide any notice, consent, or opt-out choice required by applicable law before doing so.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, reporting, service improvement, and similar business purposes where permitted by law.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract. We process personal information as necessary to provide the Services you request, maintain your account, process payments, and fulfill our obligations to you.
- Legitimate interests. We process personal information where reasonably necessary for legitimate interests such as operating and improving the Services, securing our systems, preventing abuse, supporting users, and enforcing our rights, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent. We rely on consent where required by law, such as for certain non-essential cookies, optional marketing communications, or specific processing that requires consent in your jurisdiction.
- Legal obligations. We process personal information when necessary to comply with legal obligations, lawful requests, court orders, tax rules, accounting obligations, and similar requirements.
- Vital interests. In limited cases, we may process personal information where necessary to protect the vital interests of a person.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

We may share personal information with third-party providers that help us operate the Services, including providers for:

Legal and safety reasons
We may disclose personal information if we believe doing so is reasonably necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful government request;

- protect the rights, property, safety, or security of BlazeGen, our users, or others.
Business transfers
We may disclose or transfer personal information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate right to limit under California law.

We do not currently use cookies to sell personal information or to provide cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. AI FEATURES AND BIOMETRIC-LIKE DATA

7. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
BlazeGen operates internationally. Your personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland and your personal information is transferred to a country that has not been found to provide an adequate level of protection, we will rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism where required by law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.
8. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.
In general:
- Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.
- Projects, Inputs, Outputs, files, and workspace data are retained while needed to provide the Services and may remain until you delete them, your account is deleted, or we remove them under our retention practices.

If you request deletion, we will work to delete personal information from our active systems within 30 days where reasonably practicable, unless we need to keep it for legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, or similar permitted reasons.
If an account remains inactive for an extended period, we may remove stored content to manage infrastructure and storage costs. Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before doing so.
9. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We use reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for using the Services from reasonably secure environments.
